1. What was your favorite vacation location and how did you heard about it?
My favorite holiday destination was without a doubt Thailand. I have seen a documentary on the television and I was quite impressed about every thing Thailand has to offer.
2. Did you travel alone or with your family/friends (how many) ?
I have not traveled alone I went together with a friend of mine.
3. How much time did you spend finding out information about this location and what resources did you use to do it (online sites/traveling agencies/friends).
I cannot say exactly but I have spent several hours watching the documentary and after that gathering additional information online
4. Can you tell us the thing you like most in this place?
Well first of all I’ll have to say I was most fascinated by the local culture and traditions, I’ve also spent some time in the Hua Hin coastline resort which is absolutely divine. In addition, I especially like the food since I was always a fan of the Thai cuisine.
5. What were the bad/ugly sides of your vacation?
The only thing that was a bit bothering was Bangkok extreme agglomeration, which was somewhat annoying especially, that you had to be careful with your money in order not to be mugged.
6. How was your room (did you had everything you need).
The conditions were satisfying we had everything we needed.
7. Did you take a digital camera (what model), a laptop or any other gadgets with you? (name of the gadget).
Both my friend and I had digital cameras on us. I have a Canon Powershot A560
8. How were the people there (the reception and people you meet)
We traveled by plane but once we arrived in Thailand we traveled by car. We rented a car in Bangkok.
9. Did you make any new friends (are you still keeping in touch).
Yes, I meet many people tourist and locals but I’ve only kept in touch with a British woman.
10. How did you spend your time? Did you participate in any recreational activities?
Of course, during the time we spent at the beach resort I went swimming and scuba diving, in the evening dancing, sightseeing you know everything people do in vacations.
11. What places did you visited? (Museums, resorts, sport facilities)
Beside the coastline resort, we have visited Bangkok an extraordinary city the perfectly combines old tradition with new technologies. The city’s architecture is just divine; the old headquarters are very beautiful. The national museum is the place to visit if you want to learn a few interesting things about their fascinating culture.
12. What other vacation location would you recommend to the public?
I think I would have to say Paris it would certainly make a wonderful vacation location.
