1. What was your favorite vacation location and how did you heard about it?
I think that my favorite vacation location is Prague, the capital city of Czech Republic. I went to Prague this summer with my boyfriend and our best friend told us about this amazing location, they were last year on their honey-moon, and they made a lot of photos and of course that they showed us, and I was simply amazed about all. Its well preserved houses and towers , its narrow old streets and huge parks put us under a spell, but not only to us but for everyone who passes Prague's gates. I felt so good and I was simply amazed about the sightseeing and my opinion is that Prague is and will be still a fairy tale city, one of the most beautiful in Europe and I would dare say, in the world. Definitely this is my favorite vacation location in the world.
2. Did you travel alone or with your family/friends (how many) ?
I traveled only with my boyfriend but at the airport at the arrival to Prague we met some other friends, so our group was bigger, at 6 persons so we were 3 couples who wanted to explore and to feel good in an amazing fairy city.
3. How much time did you spend finding out information about this location and what resources did you use to do it (online sites/traveling agencies/friends).
It didn't took us so long time to gather the information we needed because like I said our best friends were there last year so this location was their recommendation for us, and they gave us almost all the information we needed, they even told us at what travel agency to go, because all the conditions that they were ensured were great and that they had no problems there.
4. Can you tell us the thing you like most in this place?
Most of all I liked the Observation Tower on Petrin, which is also called as Prague's Eiffel Tower, this tower dominates Prague from the Petrin hill and all told us that is a pity to miss it if we are in Prague. It was hard to get there because there are 299 stairs to climb but when we arrive there we were amazed, it offered us the best views of Prague and its surroundings and at night all was very romantic, it was like we were in a movie. The views are indescribable, and I must say that I liked also all the places that we visited, from churches to parks, all was great and very beautiful.
5. What were the bad/ugly sides of your vacation?
I don't think that there were bad sides of my trip, because we organized our trip with the help of those from the travel agency, but now if I think well it was one day when we wanted to visit the Rudolfinum it rain so we had to cancel our walk and we had to stay in our room.
6. How was your room (did you had everything you need).
Everything was perfect and we had everything we needed. All was very comfortable and I can not complain about anything.
7. Did you take a digital camera (what model), a laptop or any other gadgets with you? (name of the gadget).
I took with me my digital camera my Kodak CX 7330 and my laptop to stay in contact with those from local television, my Sony Vaio FX 34.
8. How were the people there (the reception and people you meet)
Everyone was nice and friendly, I didn't thought that at the beginning but I felt really good in the middle of the foreigners without the paparazzi from home.
9. Did you make any new friends (are you still keeping in touch).
No I did not made any new friend, but I bounded a strong friendship with those whom I met at the airport, some of my boyfriends old friends so at the end all was perfect.
10. How did you spend your time? Did you participate in any recreational activities?
Most of our time we spend it visiting an walking on the narrow streets of Prague, and trust me that we had a lot to walk and to visit.
11. What places did you visited? (Museums, resorts, sport facilities)
We visited so many places that now I can not remember all but I will say that ones who impressed me most and that is the Observation Tower from the Petrin Hill, the Charles Bridge, the Loreto, the Clementinum , the Old Town Sqaure, the St. Nicholas Cathedral and many others.
12. What other vacation location would you recommend to the public?
I think that my recommendation to the public is Budapest the capital city of Hungary because in this location really impressed me by its sightseeing.
